METHOD OF PERFORMING TRACEBACK OF AN ATTACK TERMINAL IN A ROUTER SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An attacker trace-back method of a trace back router system is provided to rapidly and accurately trace an attacker in a router system. CONSTITUTION: A terminal detects external attack(S300). The terminal outputs a generated agent packet to an edge router(S302). The edge router determines a router to transmit the agent packet through a back-tracking table(S304). The edge router generates a response packet(S308, S310). The edge router outputs the response packet to the next router.
