<p>PURPOSE: A method for preparing copper nanoparticles calcinable under the atmospheric pressure is provided to synthesize the copper nanoparticles by adding strong basic and low nucleophilic organic amine or organic diamine into a copper precursor solution and reducing the solution. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing copper nanoparticles includes the following: A copper precursor is dissolved in water, an organic solvent, or the mixture of the same in order to prepare a copper precursor solution. Strong basic and low nucleophilic organic amine or organic diamine, represented by NH_2-A-NH_2, into the copper precursor solution, and a stirring process is followed. A reducing agent is added and is stirred to reduce and precipitate copper metals. In the NH_2-A-NH_2, the A is substituted or non-substituted C4-C20 alkyl, cyclo alkyl, or aryl. The strong basic and low nucleophilic organic amine is tertiary amine or hindered amine.</p> |
