PURPOSE: An electrode plate module with bypass device is provided to make plating speed faster by performing a plating process under lower temperature and proper PH. CONSTITUTION: An electrode plate module with bypass device comprises an electrode plate(1) and a unit block. A bypass switch and bypass unit are included in the electrode plate. The bypass switch and bypass unit electrically interlink anode and cathode. The unit blocks are arranged in a row. The unit block is arranged serially. One device for bypass is connected and organized in the unit block in a row.
