PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a nylon is provided to obtain a nylon 4 in which the yield of a nylon4 and physical properties are excellent and to reduce the emission of a carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nylon 4 comprises the following steps: a step of manufacturing a 4-aminobutyric acid from a glutamic acid or a glutamic acid sodium by using a glutamic acid dicarboxylase; a step of manufacturing 2-pyrrolidone from the 4-aminobutyric acid by using a catalyst or a desiccant; a step of reacting pyrrolidone and the potassium hydroxide to a molar ratio of 0.01-0.1; and a step of adding the reactant to the mixture of a carbon dioxide and a crown ether in which the molar ratio of the carbon dioxide is 0.05-0.5 relative to the 2-pyrroidone, and the molar ratio of the crown ether is 0.5-20 relative to the 2-pyrroidone. |
