PURPOSE: A massage ball and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to effectively remove oil deeply absorbed in pores. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a massage ball comprises: a step of grinding opal into minute powder with 50-700 mesh size; a ball molding step of making dough by mixing pulverized opal 70-85 parts by weight with water 15-30 parts by weight, and molding a ball with 10-30mm size; a drying step of putting the ball into an oven at 100-200 deg.C for 24-28 hours; a sintering step of sintering the dried ball at 300-1000 deg.C; and a surface processing step of polishing the surface of the sintered ball.
