PURPOSE: An electric apparatus is provided to prevent the increase of a size thereof by including an image pickup substrate with an image sensor and an image processing substrate with an image processing circuit in case of a low amplitude differential signaling like an LVDS. CONSTITUTION: A first circuit board includes an image sensor, a first connector(23), and a first differential signal pattern(26a,26b,26c). The first differential signal pattern is transmitted from the image sensor to the first connector. A second circuit board includes an image processing circuit, a second connector, and a second differential signal pattern. The second differential signal pattern transmits a differential signal from the second connector to the image processing circuit. The first connector is connected to the second connector. The second differential signal pattern is connected to the closest terminal to the image processing circuit among a plurality of terminals of the second connector.
