PURPOSE: A computing system is provided to secure a permanence for all processes by storing a data without a copy to a non-volatile RAM. CONSTITUTION: A processor(110) performs a computing task for a process. A main memory is composed of a non-volatile RAM(121) and volatile RAM(122). A memory controller(130) controls the non-volatile RAM and the volatile RAM in order to secure the permanence when turning off the system. If the system is turned off, the memory controller analyzes the overall usage of the non-volatile ram and stores data which has no copy data to the non-volatile RAM or the storage.
