PURPOSE: A device for controlling a 3D camera angle is provided to control a rolling or a pitching a main view angle controlling device. CONSTITUTION: A vertical bar(103) of a convergence controlling structure(100) connects each edge of an upper and a lower rectangular frames(101,102). A hinge for rolling(105) is formed on a central part of the rectangular frame first axis(104). A hinge for pitching(108) is formed on the central lower part of a second axis(107) among the rectangular frame for support(106). An electric unit for rolling and electric unit for pitching are made of magnet(202) and a coil(204).
