PURPOSE: A device for adjusting the gap of a press roller of a noodle making machine is provided to press dough of a plate shape in the same thickness. CONSTITUTION: A device for adjusting the gap of a press roller of a noodle making machine comprises a worm shaft, a worm gear, a helical shaft, a bearing block(33), a moving roller(31), and a coupling unit(25). The worm shaft is provided with power and rotates. The worm gear is formed in both sides of the worm shaft and is formed of a female screw. The helical shaft is axis-installed inside the worm gear. In the end of the helical shaft, a bearing block is formed. In each bearing block, both shafts of a moving roller is installed. |
