PURPOSE: A ubiquitous smart card is provided to offer various information services by executing an application by touching a screen using an optical recognition pen. CONSTITUTION: A background pattern is made of the combination of the dots and printed on the surface of a ubiquitous smart card. The dots are encoded by being arranged along a preset direction based on the crustaceous lattice cross point. An application execution menu is printed on the background pattern. A dot pattern printed as the background pattern is recognized to an optical recognition pen and creates handwriting data including time series information about the contact location. The writing data is transmitted to the outside computer and executes an application corresponding to the selected application execution menu. |
