PURPOSE: A method for charging an inside of a sagger with powder is provided to improve productivity of plastic process by increasing the weight of plastic pulverized member. CONSTITUTION: A method for charging an inside of a sagger with powder is as follows. A fixed amount of dry powder is fed into a sagger(1). Vibration is applied in the sagger, if a first push plate(16) is moved down toward the surface of powder member to a predetermined position. The surface of the powder member is dented in a shape of the underside of the first push plate. The surface of the molded powder is more pressed with a second push plate(21) to compress the molded powder . |
