The system has a nomad unit (32) i.e. personal digital assistant (PDA), detecting radiofrequency identification labels (10-14) of medical sectors (4, 6) and medical files (2) during transport. Transmission units (26-28) transmit information toward a data processing unit (24) equipped with information storage units for establishing localization of the files to ensure traceability of the files through the medical sectors of an environmental enclosure, where the detected information comprises identification of the files and the medical sectors.
