PURPOSE: A necessary application download method of a mobile terminal, apparatus thereof, system thereof, and recording medium are provided to automatically download an application to a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: If it is determined through an initial determining unit, an application verifying unit(213) verifies whether a set application is installed in a target mobile terminal. An application requesting unit(215) requests the installation of an application to a corresponding service server. A download unit(217) stores the application from the download server.
