PURPOSE: A melting machine for waste vinyl is provided to easily melt waste vinyl by heating a screw to increase a melting temperature. CONSTITUTION: A heater fixing element(60) is fitted to the inner space of a screw(20). The heater fixing element rotates with the screw. A heater fixing groove is formed on the outer side of the heater fixing element. An electric heater(70) is installed in the heater fixing groove. The heater fixing groove is formed on the outside of the heater fixing element with a preset space. A power supply unit is connected to the electric heater. The power supply unit supplies power to a rotator.
