PURPOSE: A system for manufacturing silica aerogel powder is provided to mass-produce the silica aerogel powder by automatically implementing a synthetic process, a drying process, and a trapping process with respect to raw materials. CONSTITUTION: A system for manufacturing silica aerogel powder(100) includes a raw material supplying part(110), a mixing part(120), a drying part(130), and a collecting part(140). The raw material supplying part mixes a part of raw materials containing purified water silicate glass, organosilane compounds, inorganic acid, and at least one organic solvents. Remaining raw materials are transferred to the mixing part. The transferred raw materials are mixed to generate silica hydrogel. The silica hydrogel is dried to obtain silica aerogel powder. A part of vaporized raw material used in the mixing part and the drying part is collected. |
