<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and a program which are capable of easily selling a commodity at a discount. <P>SOLUTION: A display device 3 for displaying a discounted price of commodities 7 is installed in a commodity showcase 6. A management server includes a condition accepting means, a discounted price calculation means, and a notification means. When the commodities are sold at a discount in accordance with a remaining time to the end time of selling of the commodities or the residual number of commodities, the condition accepting means accepts a condition relating to selling at a discount. The discounted price calculation means calculates a discounted price of the commodities for the remaining time and the residual number of commodities by using: the condition accepted by the condition accepting means; the residual number of commodities which is stored in a storage means; discounted prices applied in the past to the remaining time and the residual number of commodities, which are stored in the storage means; and statistical data in which correlations between the discounted prices and actual results of selling of the commodities at the discounted prices are recorded.
