<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable slack observation apparatus capable of easily adjusting an observation height of a height standard observer and remarkably shortening the time required for observing the slack of a cable. <P>SOLUTION: A cable slack observation apparatus includes: a sliding rail 2 fixed to one steel tower 60 between two steel towers 50, 60 and extending vertically; a movable stage 3 vertically movably mounted to the sliding rail 2; and a height standard observer 10 which is mounted on the movable stage 3 and turned horizontally so as to observe a reference point A1 of the other steel tower 50 between the two steel towers 50, 60 and a lowermost point 30c of the slack of a power transmission line 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
