PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle communication module and an in-vehicle information communication device which eliminate the need of installation of an antenna and which can deal with a change in communication specification.

SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an in-vehicle communication module is provided which comprises an antenna unit 110 which includes an antenna element 111 for performing at least one of transmission or reception of a radio wave and an antenna grounding part 112 which is set to a fixed electric potential or a floating electric potential; a circuit 120 which is electrically connected to the antenna element and the antenna grounding part; a module connector 150 which is electrically connected to the circuit and used to connect the main body of an in-vehicle information communication device; and a module housing 140 which exposes at least a part of the antenna grounding part and the module connector and stores the circuit.
