<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical dissolution method of a ruthenium-cobalt-based alloy, which can directly perform electrochemical dissolution without performing pretreatment such as a physical or chemical treatment at all. <P>SOLUTION: The electrochemical dissolution method of the ruthenium-cobalt-based alloy includes: first preparing an electrolytic aqueous solution including sulfuric acid of 50-70 wt.%; and performing electrodissolution of the ruthenium-cobalt-based alloy into the electrolytic aqueous solution, thereby manufacturing a product liquid including the electrolytic aqueous solution and the dissolved ruthenium and cobalt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
