<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new processed food that takes advantage of merits of pickles of smoked Japanese radish without impairing a flavor, a texture and a fragrance characteristic of pickles of smoked Japanese radish, has a taste of cheese and nutrients of Japanese radish leaves, is nutritionally excellent besides having a completely new food feeling and taste feeling while making the most of the merits of pickles of smoked Japanese radish, deals with various needs of consumers and are easily eaten by consumers. <P>SOLUTION: The processed food of pickles of smoked Japanese radish is obtained by using sliced pickles of smoked Japanese radish as a main material and a mixture of grated cheese and powder of Japanese radish leaves as an auxiliary material, wrapping the auxiliary material in the main material, passing the mixture through a sterilization step and then aging the mixture in a room kept at a low temperature for several days. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
