<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost of an air floor formed into a V-shape in cross section. <P>SOLUTION: A floor body 23 formed into a flat-plate shape in cross section is prepared. Air is exhausted from the inside of the floor body 23 and the floor body 23 is deformed into a crushed state. The floor body 23 is sewed by using a sewing machine to form an adhesion portion 30 adhering an upper surface sheet 24 and a lower surface sheet 25 to the floor body 23. Continuously, a belt-shaped sheet 34 is stuck to the upper surface sheet 24 to cover the adhesion portion 30 (arrow β) while bringing the upper surface sheet 24 close to the adhesion portion 30 side (arrow α). Furthermore, the belt-shaped sheet 34 is stuck to the lower surface sheet 25 to cover the adhesion portion 30 (arrow γ). The upper surface sheet 24 is brought close to the adhesion portion 30 side by the belt-shaped sheet 34, and thereby the floor body 23 is folded with the adhesion portion 30 as a boundary according to the filling of air.
