<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser scanner with a simple and light-weight structure in which multiple beams are used. <P>SOLUTION: A laser scanner 1 for scanning a perimeter with a pulsed beam 12 comprises a main part 3 and a rotation part 4 rotatably provided for the main part. The rotation part includes a deflection member 15 for applying a pulsed beam in such a manner that the rotation part deflects the pulsed beam in a direction perpendicular to a center axis of the rotation part. The main part is disposed two-dimensionally and includes a plurality of light sources 11 for emitting a plurality of pulsed beams, an optical system 6 for projecting and receiving the pulsed beams, a rotation angle detecting part 19 for detecting a horizontal rotation angle of the rotation part, a plurality of light-receiving parts 18 each located at a conjugated position with each of the light sources for receiving reflection light 12' from an object via the deflection member, a distance measuring part 9 for measuring a distance based on a reception signal from the light-receiving part, and a control computation part 10 for computing a direction in which the pulsed beam is applied by the deflection member based on the positions of the light sources and a detection result by the rotation angle detecting part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
