<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for producing an adhesive tape roll by which cut lines for cutting off an adhesive tape are always formed at regular intervals. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the adhesive tape includes a winding roller 32 for winding the adhesive tape 2 unwound from a mother roll 31, and a cut line-forming roller 33 provided between the mother roll 31 and the winding roller 32 and forming the cut lines 4 in the adhesive tape 2 at predetermined intervals.
