<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler that enables the easy adjustment of cooling performance of a plurality of cooling pipes. <P>SOLUTION: A cooler includes accumulated multiple cooling pipes 2 which are arranged so as to hold the both sides of an electronic component. The cooling pipes have a coolant inlet 211 for injecting a cooling medium and a coolant outlet 212 for discharging the cooling medium. Inside the cooling pipes, a coolant passage 22 through which the cooling medium flows from the coolant inlet 211 toward the coolant outlet 212 is provided. The coolant passages 22 of the adjacent cooling pipes 2 are interconnected at the coolant inlet 211 an at the coolant outlet 212. A cooling pipe 3 consists of fins 23 contacting an interior wall of the cooling pipe 2 in the coolant passage 22. In at least some of the multiple cooling pipes 2, shapes of the fins 23 are different from those in the other cooling pipes 2 so that a different pressure loss is applied to the coolant passage 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
