METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF NECROSIS IN TRANSPOSED SKIN-MUSCULAR FLAP

The method for the surgical treatment of the necrosis in the transposed skin-muscular flap comprises the removal of the trophically altered skin and underlying fat within the margins of the intact tissues of the transposed flap and the closure of the defect generated with the artificial skin. Upon granulations, the skin autograft containing all dermal layers is used for the final closure. Upon the elimination of the trophically altered skin and underlying fat, the flap is turned over with its muscular layer outwards and covered with the artificial skin.
