The circuit has a set of circuitry carriers (2) and a screening unit screening electromagnetic waves. A condenser is attached to the respective circuitry carriers as a part of the screening unit, where the condenser is small-spatially arranged and direct-electrically connected with the circuitry carriers. The condenser is arranged in a top layer on the assigned circuitry carriers with an equal axial alignment and in contact with a punched lattice parcel. The circuitry carriers are arranged on a lid-type base plate (1), which is formed as a cooling body made of warm conducting material.
