<p>Disclosed is a nucleic acid amplifier wherein a holder (3) is provided with a plurality of temperature adjustment blocks (10) each holding at least one reaction vessel (105) that houses a reaction fluid, such that the temperature of a reaction fluid in each of the various reaction vessels (105) is adjusted individually by temperature adjusting units (14, 15) provided on each of the plurality of temperature adjustment blocks (10). A temperature set in each of the temperature adjustment blocks (10) and the timing of temperature changes are controlled independently of the temperatures of the other temperature adjustment blocks (10). Thus, a nucleic acid amplifier, in which parallel processing of a plurality of different samples having different protocols is possible, and even if a process is ongoing, processing of a separate sample can be started, and an inspection device using the same is possible.</p> |
