摘要 The method for producing firmly bonded compound between a hollow profile (2) made of steel and a component (3) made of an aluminum material, comprises providing the hollow profile and the component, aligning the hollow profile and the component in a position to be coupled, and thermally joining the end of the hollow profile with the component having a protective gas welding process, where an end of the hollow profile is mounted on an extension of the component, and a welding burner (14) is arranged in an angle of 20-40[deg] based on an axial direction in a welding position to a joining seam (7). The method for producing firmly bonded compound between a hollow profile (2) made of steel and a component (3) made of an aluminum material, comprises providing the hollow profile and the component, aligning the hollow profile and the component in a position to be coupled, and thermally joining the end of the hollow profile with the component having a protective gas welding process, where an end of the hollow profile is mounted on an extension of the component, a welding burner (14) is arranged in an angle of 20-40[deg] based on an axial direction in a welding position to a joining seam (7) to be produced, and the axial direction is parallely oriented to a longitudinal axis of the hollow profile. The protective gas has an ingredient such as argon and helium. The welding burner is formed to be fixed, and the hollow profile and the component are relatively moved to the welding burner, which is arranged in an angle of 20-50[deg] based on the longitudinal axis radially outwards directed to the joining seam, where a welding speed is selected between 9-16 mm/s, an additional material is used that has a wire feed speed of 7-10 m/minutes, and an additional positive connection is produced by the thermal joining between the component and the hollow profile. The joining seam undercuts the end of the hollow profile. The thermal joining is performed with a pulsed metal inert gas-welding process. During the thermal joining, the additional material is used from an aluminum alloy. The component is formed as an aluminum casting body or milling body, is processed before pressing into a receiving area for the hollow profile, and has a holding mandrel. The hollow section is pressed on the holding mandrel, where the positive connection is produced between the component and the hollow profile. The holding mandrel has a bevel at its free end, and has a length in the receiving area of 8-60 mm. The component has a trough-shaped recess passing around the holding mandrel for receiving a deformed area of the hollow profile, and the trough-shaped recess has a curvature in a valley area on both sides. The trough-shaped recess is formed on a side lying interior or exterior by the holding mandrel, where a receiving bead has a height of 3-10 mm. The receiving bead passes at its side directed to the holding mandrel in an angle to a longitudinal axis of the holding mandrel. The hollow profile is transformed and/or calibrated before the pressing at the end to be pressed, where a radius emerges through the transformation of the end to be pressed at an inside of the hollow profile that is equal to the radius of the valley area on the side lying interior. The hollow section is deburred at the end to be pressed on the outside of the hollow profile. The thermal joining is performed by multilayer, where a mechanical and/or chemical cleaning is performed between applications of an individual layer. An independent claim is included for a hollow profile connection.
