PURPOSE: A car bumper is provided to improve a roll forming property by being designed in a symmetrical structure in a longitudinal direction for a vertical center line. CONSTITUTION: A car bumper comprises an upper beam portion(10), a lower beam portion(20), and a welding portion(30). The upper and lower beam portions are formed on an upper closed section(C1) and a lower closed section(C2). The welding unit passes through a central vertical line(S) of the upper and lower beam portions and connects upper and lower beam portions. The upper and lower beam portions are formed by forming a plate in a fixed shape. The upper and lower beam portions have the symmetrical structure based on the welding portion.
