<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for assigning frequency channels using efficient spectrum detection in a multiple frequency channel system. <P>SOLUTION: Channel detection processing for classifying multiple frequency channels whose licenses are given to a primary user into a plurality of channel state sets according to use states, and periodically detecting the channel states by changing detection periods according to types of the sets to manage as frequency channel state set information, channel state set broadcast processing for a BS to transmit the frequency channel state set information being managed to a secondary user terminal, and channel assignment processing for the BS to assign, using the frequency channel state set information, a frequency channel which is not used among the channels whose licenses are given to the primary user to a new secondary user terminal which receives a broadcast message when the BS receives a channel assignment request message from the new secondary user terminal are performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
