<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery high in productivity, output power and safety and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: On a negative electrode or positive electrode, a separator composed of a porous membrane having ion liquid, an electrolyte and surface-modified cellulose is formed. Since the separator contains ion liquid and a supporting electrolyte at the time of its formation, it can form a porous membrane with improved interface with the electrolyte in advance, thereby shortening the permeation time of the electrolyte into the separator. In addition, this formation method allows ions in the electrolyte retained by the porous membrane to move more smoothly, thereby improving ion conductivity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
