<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic vinyl-based resin composition which is obtained by using a deproteinized natural rubber as a rubber component to modify and is excellent in impact resistance and surface appearance of the molded product obtained from the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber-modified aromatic vinyl-based resin composition contains the components (A1) and (A2). The component (A1) is a graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing a vinyl-based monomer (b1) comprising an aromatic vinyl compound and, if desired, other monomers capable of copolymerization with the above aromatic vinyl compound in the presence of a deproteinized natural rubber (a1) with the nitrogen content of ≤0.1 mass%. The component (A2) is another graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing a vinyl-based monomer (b2) comprising the aromatic vinyl compound and, if desired, other monomer capable of copolymerization with the aromatic vinyl compound in the presence of a synthetic rubber (a2).
