<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve usability of an application for achieving a workflow. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes a data correspondence information storage part capable of storing data correspondence information in which a work identifier for identifying a work for achieving a workflow, cell identification information for specifying a cell of a spread sheet corresponding to the work and attribute value identification information for specifying a storage area of an attribute value in a database are made to correspond to each other. The information processing apparatus receives a download instruction, acquires a sheet corresponding to a work identifier included in the download instruction, acquires one or more attribute values identified by the attribute value identification information respectively included in one or more data correspondence information corresponding to the work identifier, writes the acquired one or more attribute values in the cell of the sheet identified by the cell identification information included in respective data correspondence information, and transmits the sheet, so that the usability of the application is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
