PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate which is less likely to cause display defects such as light leakage especially at end portions when mounted to a liquid crystal cell even if usage environment has changed and to provide a liquid crystal panel and a liquid crystal display device which are less likely to cause light leakage.

SOLUTION: A polarizing plate 10 comprises: a transparent protection film 12 provided on at least one surface of a polarizer 11; and an adhesive layer 13 provided on the surface of the transparent protection film 12 which is not provided with the polarizer 11. The change amount of the phase difference of the adhesive layer 13 is 3 nm or under.
