<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which uses a heat dissipation unit which can be easily maintained. <P>SOLUTION: The heat dissipation unit 7 is provided on one surface of a housing 5 of a display device 1, and the heat dissipation unit 7 includes a heat exchanger 10, a partition plate 9, partitioning off the inside and outside of the display device 1, and an air blower 11. An extraction opening 15 larger than the projection shape of a part of the heat dissipation unit 7 which is positioned inside the display device 1 is formed on a surface of the display device 1 which is contiguous to the surface where the heat dissipation unit 7 is provided, and a closing plate 16 larger than the extraction opening 15 is provided outside the display device 1 where the extraction opening 15 is positioned.
