<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable device which includes a lid device freely opening and closing an opening provided at a body of a portable device and securely seals the opening with small risk of defacement and breakage of a seal material. <P>SOLUTION: A connector cover device 5, which opens and closes an opening 8 provided at a first body 2, includes a connector cover 6 closing the opening 8, a semi-solid seal material 14, a sealing material container 12 in which the semi-solid sealing material 14 is filled, a sealing material entrance 9 which is disposed on a surface contacting with the connector cover 6 of the first body 2 to enclose the opening 8 and communicates with the sealing material container 12, and an insertion opening 13 communicating with the seal material container 12.
