<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell that has high conversion efficiency and can be manufactured at low cost, a manufacturing method of the solar cell, and an electrode structure for a solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell 1 comprises an electron donor in which an electron is excited by irradiation with light and a metal layer 2 in which a localized surface plasmon electric field is generated by irradiation with light and the electronic excitation of the electron donor is facilitated. In the case where light is irradiated to the metal layer 2, a greatly strong localized surface plasmon electric field is generated and the electronic excitation of the electron donor is greatly facilitated since the metal layer 2 is formed by electrolytic plating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
