<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IP telephone system which continues a call and a reception on an IP network even when a problem is generated in an IP-telephone control card, or in a LAN cable, a switching hub, a router, a provider, or the like connected to the card. <P>SOLUTION: The IP telephone system according to an embodiment is directed to an IP telephone system in which a plurality of telephone exchange devices to which the IP network can be connected are interconnected with by an exclusive line. The IP telephone system includes a detection means and a control means. The detection means detects failures associated with the communication being carried out between a first telephone terminal connected to a first telephone exchange device among the plurality of telephone exchange devices and a second telephone terminal connected to the IP network. The control means switches a first communication route formed between the first telephone terminal and the second telephone terminal to a second communication route via the exclusive line and a second telephone exchange device which is different from the first telephone exchange device when the detection means detects any failure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
