<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cooling device capable of effectively cooling a narrow space in which a cooling fan is difficult to install and an electronic device equipped with the cooling device. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling device which cools heat generation parts mounted in the casing of the electronic device by outside air comprises: air suction mechanisms (cooling fans) 42a and 42b which sucks air into the casing 1 of the electronic device 100; and exhaust mechanisms (cooling fans) 41a and 41b for exhaustion from the casing 1.
