<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground jig capable of making conductive connection between a ground terminal and a lead wire having a coating film. <P>SOLUTION: A ground jig 1 comprises: a holding member 11 that is a conductive member connected to a temporary wire 3, has a screw hole 111, and is positioned distantly facing a coating film 2B; magnets 12A and 12B positioned between the coating film 2B and the holding member 11 to prevent the holding member from moving away from the ground terminal; and a screw 13 that is a conductive member threaded into the screw hole 111 towards the coating film 2B.
