<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the access of a main memory by a CPU or a flash memory from being disturbed since the execution of compaction search is centralized within a certain time. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor memory is provided with: a main memory (24) for storing candidate information for determining the compaction candidates of a non-volatile memory; a request issuing means (36) for issuing the access request of the candidate information of the main memory; a delaying means (32) for delaying the access request issued by the request issuing means in a prescribed time; and an access means (28) for performing access to the candidate information of the main memory based on the access request delayed by the delaying means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
