<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an image processing method, an image processing program, and a defect detection apparatus capable of detecting a circular part with high accuracy from a captured image of an inspection target. <P>SOLUTION: The defect detection apparatus comprises: a circle's circumference point detection means 71 for detecting a luminance change-point of a captured image of an inspection target to detect a circle's circumference point candidate; a circle's circumference point candidate list generation means 72 for generating a circle's circumference point candidate list 92; a circle's circumference point candidate combination list generation means 73 for generating a circle's circumference point candidate combination list 93; a circle center point candidate list generation means 74 for generating a circle center point candidate list 94; a potential circle center point candidate selection means 75 for selecting a potential circle center point candidate from the circle center point candidate list 94; a normal circle's circumference point extraction means 76 for extracting a circle's circumference point candidate having the distance from the potential circle center point candidate to each of the circle's circumference point candidates within a predetermined range; and a circle detection means 77 for obtaining a circle center point of the inspection target and a radius of the circle center point to detect a circle of a captured image 90. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
