<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium, and a recording/reproducing device and a recording/reproducing method for quickening finishing of the information recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The information recording medium has pre-pits formed in a region for finishing the medium. When the information recording medium is manufactured, a part which must satisfy data during finishing of such an information recording medium is previously formed in the form of pre-pits, and the time spent from subsequent use of the information recording medium to the finishing of the medium is saved to quicken the finishing of the information recording medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
