摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time required to correct the deflection of a crankshaft. <P>SOLUTION: The values of deflection amounts Za, Zb and extending directions (deflection phases) of shaft parts 18, 26 of the product crankshaft 10b are measured by deflection sensors 52a-52d. A determining section 64 obtaining these values as information derives the appropriate pressing positions of flange parts 20, 28 and the appropriate stroke amounts of rods 54a, 54b based on a map 70 obtained using a sample crankshaft. The rods 54a, 54b press the thus obtained appropriate pressing positions with the appropriate stroke amounts. The values of the deflection amounts Za, Zb and extending directions of the shaft parts 18, 26 after pressed are measured again to derive the appropriate pressing positions and appropriate stroke amounts again, and when the appropriate pressing positions differ exceeding the difference limit amounts with respect to the preceding appropriate pressing positions, deflection correction is terminated at that point of time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
