<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoked charcoal board manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a smoked charcoal board suitable for construction material, the smokde charcoal board which uses only natural materials while using no adhesive. <P>SOLUTION: In the smoked charcoal board manufacturing apparatus, an extended water tank (ascending and descending frame 7 and a form 17) is integrally formed on a water tank 4 filled with water, so as to be watertight to the water tank 4; the extended water tank (ascending and descending frame 7 and the form 17) is filled with a kneading object, and the surface of the kneading object is evened; the water level of the extended water tank (ascending and descending frame 7 and the form 17) is lowered to that of the water tank 4, and the water of the extended water tank (ascending and descending frame 7 and the form 17) is drained through the water tank 4, so that the kneading object in the extended water tank (ascending and descending frame 7 and the form 17) is naturally dewatered; and the kneading object is compression formed on the water surface of the water tank 4 to form the smoked charcoal board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
