<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage structure that does not have bad influence on a foundation in a snow drop prevention roof. <P>SOLUTION: In a building having a snow drop prevention roof 2, a sleeve pipe 21 opening to the inside and the outside of the building is buried in a foundation 20.
