PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a plurality of terminal devices using different transmission schemes and access methods to multiplex spatially at the same time by multiuser MIMO using linear and nonlinear precoding.

SOLUTION: A multiuser MIMO signal generation unit 205 generates a multiuser MIMO symbol for each antenna, which is to be used for transmission, of an antenna part 214 for each frequency component corresponding to a subcarrier of a multicareer transmission by performing signal processing to a modulation symbol destined for a first terminal device and a modulation symbol destined for a second terminal device, based on CSI of each terminal device acquired by a CSI acquiring unit 216. A pilot multiplexing units 206 and 207 multiplex a pilot signal to be sent through each antenna of the antenna part 214 to the multiuser MIMO symbol to be sent through each antenna, respectively.
