<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensing device capable of easily and accurately sensing an object to be sensed. <P>SOLUTION: In a sensing device which supplies a sample solution to an adsorption layer 46 while oscillating a crystal oscillator 4 so as to adsorb an object to be sensed in the sample solution and senses the object on the basis of the amount of change in an oscillation frequency of the crystal oscillator 4 after the adsorption time has passed, before the sample solution is supplied to the adsorption layer 46, the crystal oscillator 4 is oscillated to measure the oscillation frequency of the crystal oscillator 4 at a predetermined measurement interval, for example, every one second, and the oscillation frequency of the crystal oscillator 4 is stabilized until the measurement result reaches a level lower than or equal to a frequency allowance value predetermined on the basis of the measurement sensitivity of the object to be sensed throughout the same time as the measurement time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
