<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film having excellent strength retention properties under a moist heat environment which comprises a composition including a polymer compound having an aromatic polyester as a main component and a terminal sealed with a carbodiimide compound without generating a free isocyanate compound. <P>SOLUTION: A biaxially oriented film comprises a composition and has specific breaking strength.
