<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrostatic image developing toner having an excellent fixing ability even at a low temperature like 25°C. <P>SOLUTION: Electrostatic image developing toner has a core-shell structure. The core includes fatty acid amide wax satisfying a formula (1) and/or paraffin wax satisfying the formula (1) and having not more than 800 of number-average molecular weight Mn. The shell includes a block copolymer satisfying a formula (2), and it satisfies T<SB POS="POST">w10</SB><T<SB POS="POST">b10</SB>. T<SB POS="POST">w10</SB>in a load of 10 kgf/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>and T<SB POS="POST">w50</SB>in a load of 50 kgf/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>show temperatures (°C) when a melt viscosity of wax becomes 10,000 Pascal seconds, and T<SB POS="POST">b10</SB>in a load of 10 kgf/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>and T<SB POS="POST">b300</SB>in a load of 300 kgf/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>show temperatures (°C) when the melt viscosity of block copolymer becomes 10,000 Pascal seconds.
